AHRQ Examines Medical Homes
AHRQ is examining how the patient centered medical home (PCMH) can promote patient and family engagement in primary care, ways to improve the delivery of mental health care by the primary care practice, and the role of the Health Information Technology and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act in developing and supporting medical homes.
